Nikolai Lugansky receives the highest award from the Russian State

The 2018 Russian Federation National Award in literature and the arts has been awarded to Nikolai LUGANSKY for his contribution to Russian and world music.
For the National Day of Russia president Vladimir Putin held the state award ceremony in Kremlin. He has personally recognised 11 laureates who have made a great impact on the cultural and scientific development of the country.
«Our Motherland cannot be separated from us, Russian citizens, from our responsibilities for its present and future, from our will to make impact on its development and prosperity. We are only able to address the major goals and issues the country faces together - when everyone realises the importance of one’s personal effort and contribution to the greater good and does their best» - stated the president.
We would like to stress the importance of the award which only recognises people who have significantly contributed to the support of high moral values and unity of Russian society.
This year Nikolai Lugansky was honoured with the highest sign of recognition for his contribution to society.
