March 26th 2019 Ella van Poucke joins Interartists Amsterdam
We are proud to announce cellist Ella van Poucke has joined Interartists Amsterdam for general management with immediate effect.

Ella has collected an impressive number of prizes from an early age. In 2015 she won the International Isang Yun Cello Competition in South Korea, followed two years later by the prestigious Premio Chigiana in Italy.

Making her debut in the Concertgebouw at the age of 10, she performed in all the major halls in the Netherlands, in many top halls in Europe and in the United States and Asia.

Ella has performed as a soloist with the Netherlands Philharmonic Orchestra, the HR-Sinfonie Orchester and the Brussels Philharmonic, among others, working with conductors such as Michael Sanderling and Christoph Eschenbach.

Some of the highlights of this season: Ella plays all of Beethoven's cello sonatas at the Christophori Piano Show in Berlin, at the Philharmonie in Essen and at the Concertgebouw. She also plays with the Flanders Symphony Orchestra the cello concerto of Saint-Saens in Antwerp, Bruges and Brussels. She is also a guest at the Delft Chamber Music Festival and the Classiche Forme Festival.

Next season Ella will play with the North Netherlands Orchestra, she will tour with her piano quartet to Arnhem, Eindhoven, Heerlen and Het Concertgebouw and she will frequently play Bach's complete suites at various locations.
